當我們分享這次的經驗時，老師分享了一些觀點。除了政府，文化差異也是一個問題。例如，前些年有人從台灣帶了許多燈泡，但當地老師卻覺得只需要兩盞。另外，募集到了水塔經費，但居民對於設置位置有分歧，因此進展緩慢。如果想要用自己的思維來解決問題，就必須考慮文化衝擊的問題。因此，了解社區工作的限制，並尋找解決方法非常重要。透過對話，我們發現了許多值得深思和探討的細節。
我們還在學習的路上，透過服務他人、體驗教育和冒險治療的深耕，找到了一條充滿光明和溫暖的道路。接納不同的觀點，不去評斷任何一個生命，也希望透過當下的建構來構建更具未來性的想像，並創造出生命的經驗和體悟。期許自己能做更多、做得更好。我們祝福所有的孩子，感謝參與志願服務的人，也更敬佩在這裡深耕了12年的老師。因為他的紮實而飽滿的陪伴，讓愛充盈在我們之間。世界上最寬闊的是海洋，比海洋更寬闊的是天空，比天空更寬闊的是人的胸懷。

“I waited 17 years to get to the rural elementary school.”
During the sharing session that night, the teacher shared some perspectives. Besides the government, cultural differences are also an issue. For example, a few years ago, someone brought many light bulbs from Taiwan, but the local teachers thought only two were needed. In addition, funding was raised for a water tower, but the residents had different opinions about the placement, and it couldn’t progress. If one wants to solve problems with their own thinking, it will bring cultural shock. Therefore, it is essential to understand the limitations of community work and find solutions. Through dialogue, many details worth pondering and exploring were discovered.
We are still learning and have found a warm path with brightness by deeply cultivating through serving others, experiential education, and adventure therapy. Accepting different perspectives, not judging any life, and hoping to construct a more visionary imagination through current constructions to create experiences and insights of life. We hope to do more and do better. We bless all children, appreciate those who participate in volunteer service, and admire the teacher who has been working here for 12 years. Because of his solid and fulfilling companionship, love fills between us. The world’s widest is the ocean, wider than the ocean is the sky, and wider than the sky is the human heart.
