I have traveled through East Africa and seen Lucy, the first upright human ever discovered, as well as the fertile Mesopotamian river valleys, both of which are known to be the cradles of human civilization. Therefore, it can be said that the history here is both the oldest and the most fascinating. The origin of humanity has always been a very interesting question, and despite the intentional lack of information from international media regarding Iraq, what I saw was the warmth and hospitality of the Islamic people, which deeply moved me. This kindness is also present in Afghanistan and Iran.

Many scholars who study the Bible firmly believe that the Garden of Eden, where Adam and Eve initially lived, was located in Sumer at the confluence of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, which is now within the borders of Iraq. These scholars believe that many of the geographical phenomena mentioned in the Bible were actually the landscape of the region during the 5th to 9th centuries, and that the Tigris and Euphrates mentioned in the Bible were likely their tributaries that later dried up. Another possibility is that they were ancient canals.
